Gas prices drop below $2.00/Gallon

As the price of oil per barrel drops to 11 year lows, about $33/barrel, the price of gas at the pump is now below $2.00 per gallon in many parts of the U.S, or more precisely at $1.988 vs. $1.996 one week ago and $2.182 last year at this time.

The news in fuel prices for Diesel was a similar.  One gallon of Diesel stands at $2.226  vs. $2.256 last week and $3.056 last year at this time.
